We'll do our best to provide the services you've agreed to. These will be clearly laid out in a proposal or statement of work before we start any job. This usually covers marketing audits, advice on new markets, and design help for product packaging. We aim for practical advice that gets real results for your factory.How We Work Together (Your Bit)
For us to do our best work, we'll need your help. This means giving us all the information we ask for about your business and products. We'll also need you to make decisions and provide feedback in good time. If things get delayed because we don't have what we need, it might affect the project timeline or costs. We promise to carry out our services with proper skill and care. We'll stick to any agreed deadlines as much as possible. If there's a good reason for a delay, we'll tell you straight away. We'll always act in your best interests and keep you updated on progress. We take pride in our work and want to see your factory succeed.Payments
Our fees will be agreed with you upfront in our proposal. We'll send you invoices, usually on a monthly basis or at agreed milestones. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) and don't include VAT, which will be added if applicable. If an invoice isn't paid on time, we might have to pause work until it's sorted. We'd rather not do that, so please pay on time.Confidentiality
We know your business information is private. We promise to keep all your sensitive details confidential. We won't share them with anyone outside ForgeAhead Marketing unless you give us permission or the law makes us. We expect you to do the same for our business information.What Happens If You Cancel
If you need to cancel a project before it's finished, we'll invoice you for the work we've done up to that point. This includes any costs we've already paid out for your project. We'll always try to be fair and reasonable.Our Responsibility (And Limits)
We do our very best for you. But, like with any business, there are limits to our responsibility. We can't promise specific sales figures or results because there are too many things outside our control. Our liability for any mistakes or issues is limited to the fees you've paid us for the specific work involved. We're not responsible for any indirect losses your business might suffer.Ownership of Work
Once you've paid us in full for a project, the finished work (like packaging designs or marketing plans) becomes yours. Until then, we keep the ownership rights. We might use examples of our work with you in our case studies or on our website, but only with your permission first.Legal Stuff & Complaints
These terms are governed by English law. Any disagreements will be sorted out in the courts of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please get in touch with us directly first. We'll do our best to put things right quickly and fairly.Changes to These Terms
